Compatibility

Microsoft Office X, 2004, and 2008

To use DYMO LabelWriter Add-In for Microsoft Office X and 2004, you must have Microsoft Office

ServicePack 1 installed. If you do not have Service Pack 1 installed, you will not be able to see the

LabelWriter icon in the Word toolbar. You can download the latest Service Pack for Microsoft Word, free

of charge, from the Microsoft Web site.

Microsoft Excel

The Excel Add-in preview feature is not supported on Mac OS versions prior to 10.4 or on Microsoft Excel

for Office X.

Upgrading from a Previous Version of DLS

If you are upgrading from DYMO Label Software version 6 or later, all of your label files and Address

Bookfiles should continue to work with the new version of DLS. DLS version 5 and earlier labels and list

filescannot be used with DLS 7.

If you have a LabelWriter 300 series printer, you must remove the printer and then add it back in the

Printer Setup Utility to make sure you have all the latest label sizes available.
